Lease to WeWork at 21 Penn Plaza

Represented TH Real Estate, an affiliate of Nuveen and the investment management arm of TIAA, as landlord, in a lease of approximately 236,000 square feet of office space at 368 Ninth Avenue to co-working firm WeWork. The transaction, which was one of the largest co-working lease deals in 2018, covers 10 floors of the 16-story building and houses the operation of a flexible workplace center, including shared office space, conference rooms, internal lounges and recreational areas.
