Represented The Bank of New York Mellon, as tenant, in connection with the lease of approximately 350,000 square feet of office space for its new headquarters at 225 Liberty Street in New York, New York. The Bank’s relocation followed the $585 million dollar sale of its former headquarters at One Wall Street, a transaction also handled by Loeb & Loeb's Real Estate practice.
