Development of High Line West in Hollywood, CA

Represent prominent Los Angeles developer, Sonny Astani of Astani Enterprises Inc., in connection with multiple mixed-use development projects in Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. These include entitlement of the High Line West, a large apartment and retail complex slated for a 1.9-acre site on Hollywood Boulevard; entitlement of a 640-unit apartment complex along with 42,000 square feet of retail slated for development on a three-acre site at 12th Street and Grand Avenue, which operates as a surface parking lot; and entitlement of a 220-unit apartment and retail project on a 1.5-acre site on Wilshire Boulevard.
