PIPE Transactions Totaling $100 Million for China Water and Drinks

Represented China Water and Drinks as issuer’s counsel in two PIPE transactions totaling $100 million, one of which Goldman Sachs acted as lead investor. We also served as special counsel in connection with China Water and Drinks’ merger with Heckmann Corp.
