Mezzanine Loan to a Formulator of Plastisol

Represented Canterbury Mezzanine Capital in a mezzanine loan to Rutland Plastic Technologies, Inc., a formulator of plastisol, with Trivest, Inc., as the equity sponsor group. We also advised Canterbury with respect to a workout/turnaround situation pursuant to which Canterbury took control of Rutland. We subsequently advised Canterbury with respect to the sale of Rutland.
