Loeb & Loeb’s Diversity Committee — comprising attorneys and senior administrative staff members across our offices — is the jet fuel behind our diversity and inclusion initiatives. The committee sets the strategy for enhancing diversity at Loeb, working with firm leadership and dedicated Affinity Groups to strengthen our culture of inclusion and maintain an environment in which all our people have an equal opportunity to flourish.
Loeb’s Affinity Groups — including our Attorneys of Color and Ethnic Diversity, Pride and Women’s groups — play a vital role in addressing the needs of women and minority lawyers and professionals throughout the firm.
These groups help foster community within these populations and serve as a forum for networking, mentorship, and professional and business development. Each group takes a tailored approach to supporting the advancement and retention of our diverse lawyers and leaders, building and maintaining networks with clients and the community, and fostering engagement among our professionals at all levels.
Attorneys of Color and Ethnic Diversity (ACED)
Our ACED Group brings together Loeb lawyers and professionals from diverse ethnic backgrounds with the mission of recruiting, retaining and developing the careers of talented attorneys of color. The ACED Group has created a supportive community that is focused on providing resources for mentorship while also working to raise awareness about cultural uniqueness through engaging events and networking forums.
