概述
Brandon Zamudio maintains a broad entertainment and intellectual property law practice for clients in film, television, publishing, music and theater. He handles entertainment transactions across all stages of development, production, and distribution; serves as day-to-day production counsel; and provides legal analysis on the status of intellectual property rights. He brings a unique perspective to his transactional practice, having also represented entertainment industry clients in copyright, trademark, defamation, and contract litigation.
To support his clients, Brandon draws upon his business background in the entertainment industry, ranging from roles at The Walt Disney Studios and Sony Music Entertainment to his work as a theatrical producer on and off Broadway. While at Loeb, Brandon completed a client secondment at a major motion picture studio, where he advised on underlying rights, derivative production rights, ancillary rights, chain of title and termination issues for both feature films and television series.
During law school, Brandon served as a research assistant to copyright law professor Jane C. Ginsburg and as a judicial intern to the Hon. Paul A. Engelmayer of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
