Overview

Maria Melikyan is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department. She has experience working with companies at all stages of development in a variety of corporate and securities transactions supporting lawyers across a wide range of corporate matters, including business entity formations, venture capital financings and other securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and corporate governance. Her role involves assisting with due diligence, corporate formations, corporate maintenance, coordinating and managing transactional closings and attending to post-closing tasks, among other responsibilities. 

Before joining Loeb & Loeb, Maria was a Corporate paralegal at an international law firm.
