Michael Chow

Michael Chow is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Litigation practice. He has nearly 15 years of experience providing key support on complex litigation matters. He manages all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including fact gathering, document review, coordinating witness statements, citation checking and assisting in appellate proceedings. He also assists with drafting and filing court documents such as writ of summons, statements of claim and affirmations in both English and Chinese. Michael’s responsibilities also include liaising with the judiciary and court officials to ensure compliance with procedural requirements and monitoring changes in local civil procedure to maintain compliance with evolving regulations.
