Victoria Agosta

Victoria Agosta focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and sales, leasing across office, retail and industrial spaces, joint ventures and development financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Victoria most recently served as an attorney advisor in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where she advised on a variety of commercial real estate transactions and federal compliance matters. Victoria previously spent several years as a transactional real estate associate advising on commercial leasing matters and preparing corporate governance documents and consulting agreements.
