Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that, for the second consecutive year, the firm earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. As a result, the firm has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
This year’s CEI report highlights how 1,059 U.S.-based companies are actively working to create an LGBTQ-friendly work environment that promotes inclusion in workplaces both nationally and abroad. By granting Loeb & Loeb a perfect score, CEI is confirming that the firm has satisfied all CEI criteria in advocating for the LGBTQ community by supporting LGTBQ civil rights protections with non-discrimination policies, providing inclusive employment benefits and a public commitment to LGBTQ equality.
