Helsinn, Roche Sue Over Planned Generic Of Nausea Drug

Loeb & Loeb partner Mark Waddell is named as counsel for Roche Palo Alto LLC in connection with a patent suit that the Roche and drugmaker Helsinn Healthcare SA filed suit against two generic makers over their application for U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval of a version of the anti-nausea medication, Aloxi.
