New LA Tech Hub Could Be in the Works

Loeb & Loeb partner Paul Rohrer is quoted on the potential of downtown Los Angeles becoming a new tech hub as several large technology companies negotiate for downtown office leases. Rohrer comments on the fact that while the downtown area has surged in recent years with regards to residential, it has lagged behind the region with regards to office and such a shift would have big implications for the market.
