Loeb & Loeb Represents Welspun in Acquisition of Assets of KOJO Worldwide

Partner Karl Block led a team of Loeb & Loeb attorneys representing the Welspun family of companies in the acquisition of certain assets of KOJO Worldwide pursuant to a public sale with the simultaneous acquisition of three related companies in three different countries. KOJO Worldwide and its related companies were involved in designing and manufacturing soft goods for the hospitality industry. The transaction is part of Welspun's continued growth in the U.S. and global markets, and in particular, enables the Welspun Group to provide a new level of products and services to the hospitality industry. The U.S. $3 billion Welspun Group is one of the largest home textile enterprises in the world.
