Loeb & Loeb FDA regulatory and compliance partner Scott S. Liebman has been named one of 42 young lawyers chosen as 2014 Rising Stars by the New York Law Journal. The recognition honors “attorneys 40 and under who have established a record of accomplishments and demonstrated that they are top contributors to the practice of law and their communities.” Liebman was selected by the New York Law Journal from a pool of more than 230 nominations and will be profiled in the publication’s June 9 issue.
Liebman’s practice focuses on FDA and life sciences regulation. He specializes in the performance of audits, gap analyses and risk assessments for leaders in the life sciences industry. He also has extensive experience crafting and implementing comprehensive federal and state law compliance programs for pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies. Over his career, he has worked directly with more than one third of the Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceuticals and medical products and equipment categories, and half of the FDA’s top 50 sponsors of clinical trials by volume.
