Advising Visions of the World Inc., a non-profit created by photographer Julian Starks, in connection with a photography book titled “Life Behind Bars, Vol.1,” which features the most striking animal portraits Starks collected after visiting wildlife refuges across the United States. Through Visions of the World, proceeds from sales of the book will be distributed to wildlife and animal rescue non-profits. In addition to consulting on tax law compliance and issues related to the non-profit’s ownership of IP rights, Loeb is advising the organization as it enters into promotional and profit-sharing agreements with PETA and other established charities.
