Represented Clearview Capital LLC in the sale of EN Engineering LLC, a leading engineering consulting firm focusing on the natural gas sector, to CIVC Partners, a Chicago-based middle-market private equity firm. We also represented Clearview in connection with its sale of Air Cooled Exchangers to Alfa Laval, a leading international manufacturer of air-cooled heat exchangers and other industrial products.
