Terry Bokosha – Capital Markets, New York
Terry Bokosha represents public and private companies and investment banks in a broad range of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, acquisition financing and debt offerings. Terry also advises public companies on mergers and acquisitions and has substantial experience in business combination transactions involving SPACs. Terry also counsels public companies and boards of directors of public companies on corporate governance, federal securities law compliance and general corporate matters. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), his LL.M. from King’s College London and his B.A. from Grinnell College.
Edward Capewell – Litigation, Los Angeles
Edd Capewell is a litigator and trial lawyer with a broad practice in state and federal courts, including in general commercial litigation, civil fraud, real estate and entertainment-related matters. Prior to joining Loeb, he practiced for nine years as a Barrister in London and remains a member of the Bar of England and Wales. He received his LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and his M.A. and M.Phil. from Cambridge University.
Todd Densen – Litigation, Los Angeles
Todd Densen is a litigator with a broad practice including general commercial litigation, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Todd received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar, and his A.B. from Vassar College.
Lilian Walden Givens – Private Client, Los Angeles
Lilian Walden Givens represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in contested trust and probate matters, including trust contests, breach of trust matters, accounting disputes and elder abuse actions. In addition, Lilian handles contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings and advises on probate and trust administration matters. Lilian’s practice spans all stages of litigation and she maintains a strong pro bono commitment, advocating for children’s rights and assisting with immigration and asylum cases. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
Jessica Jensen – Private Client, Los Angeles
Jessica Jensen advises high net worth individuals and families on private client matters, including structuring and administering family offices and private trust companies. She counsels on tax planning, trust administration, business succession and SEC compliance, and frequently participates in private trust company operations. Before private practice, Jessica clerked at the U.S. Tax Court, giving her unique insight into tax planning. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the Pepperdine University School of Law, her LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, and her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.
David Khanjyan – Private Client, Los Angeles
David Khanjyan maintains a broad-based trusts and estates practice with a particular emphasis on planning for families with a global footprint. He advises on U.S. tax and estate planning matters associated with inbound U.S. investments, foreign holdings, and pre-residency and expatriation planning, and represents high net worth families in sophisticated domestic tax strategies. His deep understanding of U.S. tax law and cross-border family dynamics enables him to provide strategic, comprehensive advice to clients with international needs. David received his J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law, his LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Bradley Raboin – Employment & Labor, New York
Bradley Raboin maintains a broad employment and labor practice, covering litigation and counseling issues as well as employment and labor considerations in corporate transactions. He represents clients in high-stakes litigation and class actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination, including cross-border disputes. Bradley also advises on day-to-day employment matters, workplace investigations and employment due diligence in mergers and acquisitions. He received his J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law, his LL.M. from the London School of Economics and his B.A. from Assumption College.
Lauren Richards – Employment & Labor, Chicago
Lauren Richards maintains a litigation, counseling and transactional practice focused on employment and labor matters. She represents clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and contract disputes, handling all phases of litigation or arbitration. Lauren regularly advises clients on hiring, termination, restrictive covenants and WARN Act compliance. She also conducts workplace investigations and labor due diligence in corporate transactions and maintains a strong pro bono practice. Lauren received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Alexandra Schaller – Litigation, Chicago
Alexandra Schaller has experience in all aspects of litigation at the state and federal level, through trial and appeal. Her practice concentrates on high-stakes commercial litigation, representing clients in their most sensitive business- and reputation-related litigation, as well as inquiries from government agencies. She also has experience representing and advising clients in connection with white collar criminal matters. Additionally, Alexandra clerked for the Honorable William J. Bauer at the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago before entering private practice. Alexandra received her J.D. from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she served as a Managing Articles Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jane K. P. Tam – Capital Markets, Washington, DC
Jane K. P. Tam, Esq. is a seasoned corporate and securities transactional attorney with her practice focused on securities offerings and cross-border transactions. She has helped companies in a wide array of industries in the U.S. and Asia raise more than $5 billion. Having worked at both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Jane brings a unique and international perspective. For more than 10 years, Jane was also a FINRA arbitrator, serving as the chairperson of three-member panels at a number of FINRA arbitrations. Jane received her J.D. from Albany Law School and her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Robin Waters – Litigation, Chicago
Robin Waters focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation. She represents individuals and businesses in internal and government investigations and in criminal and civil trials and appeals in state and federal courts. Robin also maintains a substantial pro bono practice representing indigent clients in criminal matters, including post-conviction capital defense work. She received her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Northern Illinois University.
Noah Weingarten – Bankruptcy, New York
Noah Weingarten provides practical, sophisticated advice on complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, bankruptcy litigation and commercial disputes. He represents a wide range of stakeholders in Chapter 11, 7 and 15 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and related litigation, including fraudulent transfer and preference actions. Noah also represents lenders in defending lender liability claims, actions under the Uniform Commercial Code, prosecuting recovery and collection actions, including breach of guaranty, usury and fraud claims. Noah received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary.
