Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jane is bilingual and has deep understanding of the Asian culture and way of doing business. Prior to joining Loeb, Jane was a partner at two large international law firms. Representing companies in diverse industries such as artificial intelligence/robotics, media/gaming, health care, financial services, information technology, telecommunications, food and beverages, retail and transportation, Jane has helped her corporate clients raise in the aggregate of more than $3 billion.
In addition to her transactional practice, Jane also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. For more than ten years, Jane was a FINRA arbitrator. Immediately prior to joining Loeb, she served as the chairperson of a three-member panel at a number of FINRA arbitrations. Jane began her legal career at the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC.
