Lilian is also deeply experienced in conservatorship and guardianship matters, where her calm, steady approach helps clients navigate both the procedural intricacies and the personal sensitivities that often define these cases.

Lilian represents clients through every stage of litigation—from early strategic advising to discovery, law and motion, trial preparation and trial itself. Beyond litigation, Lilian maintains a robust advisory practice. Service has always been an important part of Lilian’s work. She maintains an active pro bono practice, supporting children through the Alliance for Children’s Rights, where she has worked on adoption cases and served as an advocate for students with special education needs. Her commitment also extends to immigration matters, including working on asylum cases and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status petitions.

Lilian is a resident of Laguna Beach, California, where she enjoys being part of a vibrant, close knit coastal community. Living in Laguna Beach has allowed Lilian to further expand her state-wide practice into Orange County and the surrounding regions.
