概述

David Khanjyan maintains a broad-based trusts and estate practice with a particular emphasis on planning for families with a global footprint. He regularly advises nonresident individuals on their inbound U.S. investments, counsels U.S. persons with respect to their foreign holdings and assists clients with both pre-residency and expatriation planning. David also frequently works with nonresident clients who have U.S. children or descendants, developing tailored estate plans to ensure cross-border wealth transfers are efficient and aligned with family goals.

In addition to his international focus, David maintains a robust domestic practice representing high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families. His work encompasses the full spectrum of income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, often involving sophisticated structures designed to preserve and transfer wealth across generations.

David’s practice is grounded in a deep understanding of both U.S. tax law and the complex dynamics of cross-border family planning, allowing him to deliver comprehensive, strategic advice to clients with diverse and international needs.
