Loeb & Loeb Represents Earth Island in Sale to Danone

Loeb & Loeb LLP advised Earth Island in its sale to leading food company Danone. Earth Island is the maker of Follow Your Heart Brands and U.S. pioneer in plant-based foods. The sale will allow Earth Island’s brands to accelerate its growth internationally and will help Danone to reach its target of generating 5 billion euros of plant-based sales worldwide by 2025. Earth Island brands include, among others, “Follow Your Heart” and “Vegenaise.”
