Katie Gauthier’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She handles contractual disputes, business torts, real estate matters, and also engages in appellate advocacy, including winning appeals before the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Katie also represents companies in disputes arising from failed implementations of enterprise resource planning and other business software systems. She litigates cases involving major platforms such as SAP ECC and S/4HANA, as well as disputes over software licensing and related technology agreements.
