In connection with the brand’s expansion, Carrie’s widely adopted fit52 fitness app has evolved into HiNote Life – Powered by fit52, which integrates guided workouts, nutrition tools, recipes and a supportive wellness community. HiNote also launched a partnership with Girls on the Run International, furthering the brand’s mission to promote confidence, physical activity and healthy habits for women and girls.

Loeb advised on all aspects of the transaction, including brand formation, product launch, digital platform evolution and related commercial, intellectual property and strategic partnership matters.

The Loeb & Loeb team was led by Loeb Co-Chair Arash Khalili and Mike Grossman, deputy chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department, and included Bess Morgan, deputy chair of the Brand Protection practice; Liz Allen, chair of the Emerging Technologies industry group; and Corporate associate Sam Raffa
