Loeb Represents Frost Bank in Naming Rights Agreement with San Antonio Spurs

Loeb & Loeb represented Frost Bank in connection with an agreement with the NBA basketball team, the San Antonio Spurs, for a naming rights partnership for the Spurs’ home arena. The arena is now officially known as the “Frost Bank Center.” The arena naming rights designation will celebrate Frost Bank being the longest partner of the Spurs, dating back 50 years.

Loeb’s role in this historical transaction encompassed providing strategic legal guidance, contract negotiation and advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the incorporation and extension of Frost Bank’s existing sponsorship assets with the Spurs on behalf of Frost Bank.
