Drawing on broad transactional experience and industry fluency, Lisa advises a wide range of clients on complex commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters, including advertising and marketing services, sponsorship, licensing, brand protection, content development and distribution, media rights, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, new ventures and other strategic commercial arrangements.
Lisa has significant experience in the sports industry, including representing professional sports teams, leagues, emerging sports properties and sports-adjacent businesses on sponsorships, media and content rights, brand partnerships, event-related agreements and new business models for emerging sports leagues and properties.
Lisa’s practice also includes a strong focus on artificial intelligence, including generative AI technologies. She advises clients on drafting and negotiating AI-related provisions and developing practical, business-oriented strategies to manage the legal, commercial and operational risks associated with AI adoption, particularly in advertising, media, sports and entertainment.
