Loeb & Loeb Represents Galen College of Nursing In Its Acquisition By HCA Healthcare

A Loeb & Loeb corporate team led by Neil Lefkowitz represented Isleworth Partners, Inc., the parent of Galen College Of Nursing, the third largest nursing college in the country, in the acquisition by HCA Healthcare (NYSE: HCA),  a Fortune 100 company and one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers, of substantially all of the stock of Isleworth Partners. In addition to Neil Lefkowitz, the Loeb deal team consisted of Allan Duboff, Marla Aspinwall and Robyn Mohr.

BMO Capital Markets and Loeb represented the sellers, while Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis and HCA Internal Counsel Alice Heywood represented the buyer.
