Represented TPG in a Long-standing Dispute

Represented private equity firm TPG and related entities in a long-standing dispute brought by distressed debt investors arising from a 2006 recapitalization of the Hellas group of Greek telecommunications companies. On Dec. 18, 2025, the New York Court of Appeals affirmed the Appellate Division, First Department’s unanimous decision granting summary judgment in favor of TPG, bringing the 15-year litigation to a decisive close.
