Evan Saunders represents public and private companies, including private equity firms, in variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, securities compliance matters, corporate finance, joint ventures, cross border transactions, corporate governance and general business matters.
Evan negotiates complex merger agreements and stock, membership interest, and asset purchase and sale agreements across various industries including payments technology, media, entertainment, retail, and manufacturing. In addition, he structures stockholder and limited liability company agreements and subscription and contribution agreements related to raising seed stage and venture capital for the formation of new ventures.
