Loeb & Loeb Joins Ford Motor Company’s Legal Alliance for Women in a Global Day of Service

Loeb & Loeb was honored to join our client Ford Motor Company and its Legal Alliance for Women (LAW) in a Global Day of Service on Thursday, September 27. Attorneys from the firm’s Chicago, New York and Washington, DC offices joined Ford attorneys and other outside counsel in a variety of community volunteer projects.

LAW, Ford’s professional organization focused on women in the legal practice, kicked off this day of service with a singular vision to help community organizations that are assisting women and girls through educational, empowerment and support programs. Keeping with this theme, Loeb chose to work with organizations focused on helping women and children in our respective communities.

Attorneys in Loeb’s Chicago office partnered with Share Our Spare, a local nonprofit providing needy Chicago families with access to basic essentials for infants and toddlers. Loeb’s team hosted a diaper drive and volunteered at the organization’s warehouse alongside attorneys from Sanchez Daniels & Hoffman.

Volunteers from Loeb’s Washington, DC office partnered with attorneys from Hogan Lovells and Schiff Hardin to sort clothing donations for Bread for the City, a nonprofit helping low income DC residents to reduce the burden of poverty.

In New York, Loeb volunteers joined attorneys from Duane Morris and O’Melveny in a Start Small, Think Big clinic to help under-resourced entrepreneurs set up legal entities for their catering/food service businesses in underserved areas of the city.
