Loeb Represents Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited in Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited, a software developer specializing in the provision of FX trading software development solutions, data analytics solutions and technology development solutions to financial institutions with a strategic focus on serving Asia and other emergent markets, in its initial public offering.

The offering consisted of 2,300,000 shares (including the full exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option) at a price of $4.00 per share on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “PLTS.”

The offering closed on September 22, 2025, raising gross proceeds of $9.2 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. Platinum Analytics intends to use proceeds from the offering for research and development purposes, the expansion of its marketing and sales team, and the procurement of IT facilities and financial licenses.
