Loeb Advises Xtep International Holdings Limited on HK$500M Convertible Bond Repurchase and Issuance

Loeb & Loeb represented Xtep International Holdings Limited, a leading multi-brand sportswear company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in connection with its concurrent repurchase and issuance of HK$500 million in convertible bonds.

The transactions, completed in February 2026, extend Xtep International’s debt maturity profile, enhance its capital base and support its long-term development in the event that the bonds are converted into new shares.
