Loeb & Loeb represented Katie Couric, an award-winning American broadcast journalist and presenter, in connection with her appearance in Barbara Walters: Tell Me Everything, a new documentary debuting June 23, 2025, on Hulu following its premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.
The film offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at Barbara Walters’ groundbreaking five-decade career in journalism, exploring her professional legacy, personal life and the challenges she faced as a trailblazing woman in a male-dominated industry. The documentary features never-before-seen archival footage and interviews with leading media voices, including Couric, Oprah Winfrey, Joy Behar and Connie Chung.
Loeb advised Couric on all aspects of her participation in the documentary, including negotiating appearance agreements, consulting on rights and clearances, and ensuring appropriate editorial and promotional use of her name, image and contributions.
The Loeb team included Brian Socolow, Daryl Steiger and Ava Badiee of the firm’s Entertainment department.
