Loeb & Loeb represented Big Loud Records, home to recording artists Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Ernest, Miranda Lambert and others, in the sale of a minority stake in Morgan Wallen’s master recording catalog to Chord Music Partners, an independent music rights portfolio fund.
The strategic investment will support Big Loud’s long-term artist development initiatives and expand the label’s global footprint with offices and artists being signed in Texas and Los Angeles.
