Two Loeb Partners Receive The Legal Aid Society’s 2022 Pro Bono Publico Award

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that David Nelson, co-chair of the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation practice, and Trusts & Estates partner Jerome Levine have been selected by The Legal Aid Society as recipients of The Legal Aid Society’s 2022 Pro Bono Publico Awards for providing outstanding pro bono advice on trust and estate issues to the nonprofit legal aid organization and its clients.

Every year, Legal Aid recognizes the outstanding work of volunteer lawyers, law firms, corporations and other professionals who have volunteered their time and talent to provide exceptional legal services to low-income New Yorkers. Over 3,000 volunteers each year provide pro bono assistance to the clients and staff of The Legal Aid Society. Of those volunteers, just 300 are nominated by Legal Aid staff for special recognition with a Pro Bono Publico award.

David, Jerome and their fellow recipients will be honored at the The Legal Aid Society’s awards ceremony in New York City on October 25, 2022.
