  • We are pleased to announce that the firm has been named Copyright Firm of the Year in the nationwide category at the 2022 Managing IP Americas Awards. Additionally, Brent Babcock, chair of the firm's PTAB Trials practice, was named PTAB Practitioner of the Year in the nationwide category. Read more about the award here.
  • We are excited to welcome Andrew Hutchison to the firm’s Litigation department in San Francisco — the seventh new litigation partner to arrive this year. Andy focuses his practice on complex commercial and business matters across a wide range of subject matter areas, including general commercial, employment, class action, professional liability and intellectual property, among others.
