Loeb Guides Rabina in $540 Million Construction Financing for 520 Fifth Avenue in New York City

Loeb & Loeb represented Rabina, a multi-generational, family-owned and operated real estate investment and development firm based in New York, in its $540 million construction financing package, and additional joint venture equity, for 520 Fifth Avenue, the first post-pandemic building development in Manhattan, New York City, to weave together luxury residences, boutique commercial office space, world-class recreational facilities and ground floor retail all under one roof. The transaction closed on March 2, 2022.

 

The approximately 1,000 foot tall to-be-constructed mixed-use tower, located on Fifth Avenue and 43rd Street in the heart of Manhattan's Midtown neighborhood, will be the second tallest building on Fifth Avenue, after the Empire State Building.
