Loeb Represents Sneaker Con in Sale of Sneaker Authentication Business to eBay

Loeb & Loeb represented Sneaker Con, a leading sneaker authenticator, in the sale of its sneaker authentication business to eBay. The acquisition is an extension of the ongoing collaboration between eBay and Sneaker Con, which has been critical to powering eBay's Authenticity Guarantee in the sneaker category. Following the acquisition, Sneaker Con will retain its events business, which provides premier global events for the sneaker community to come together and share their passion for sneakers.
