Represented a joint venture of private equity funds in connection with the sale of (and concurrent reinvestment in the joint venture acquiring) a majority of the assets located at the Gateway Center in Newark, New Jersey, in excess of $325,000,000. Totaling 1.6 million square feet of office space, the transaction was the state’s largest office deal in 2018.
