Represented Service Broadcasting Group in Sale to Urban One

Represented Service Broadcasting Group, LLC, a Dallas-based radio broadcasting company specializing in urban radio formats, in its agreement to be acquired by Urban One, Inc., a leading media company focused on African American and urban audiences. The sale includes Service Broadcasting’s Dallas radio stations KKDA “K‑104” and KRNB “Smooth R&B 105.7” to Urban One.
