Investment in SpotXchange by RTL Group S.A.

Advised RTL Group S.A. in its acquisition of 65% of the equity of SpotXchange, Inc. for an initial investment of approximately $144 million. SpotXchange provides a video advertising platform for premium publishers, agencies, trading desks, demand-side platforms and ad networks to ensure they achieve maximum revenue for their inventory. RTL Group is a leading European entertainment network, with interests in 54 television channels and 27 radio stations and content production throughout the world.
