Julia Stelljes focuses her practice on complex technology and marketing transactions. She is deeply experienced in the negotiation of technology-driven agreements on behalf of her clients, including for software licensing, cloud platform services, and information technology infrastructure. Julia’s capabilities also include negotiation of IP commercialization and media partnerships, frequently counseling leading global companies on content production, data licensing, music, video, and artwork licensing, and other strategic partnership and sponsorship contracts. Additionally, she frequently drafts terms of use for consumer-facing proprietary and white-labeled applications.
