概述

Jeffrey Prystowsky maintains a broad complex commercial litigation practice with a focus on intellectual property matters. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal court across a wide range of matters, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other general commercial disputes. He has worked with clients across diverse industries such as music, film, media, entertainment, sports, retail, technology and transportation. Jeffrey also has experience navigating generative artificial intelligence and software-related disputes.

Jeffrey is a contributing writer for Loeb & Loeb’s IP/Entertainment Case Law Weekly Update. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of domestic violence and harassment in court proceedings.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Jeffrey was a professional bassist and songwriter in The Low Anthem, an internationally touring band that opened for Bruce Springsteen, Emmylou Harris, and performed on Late Night with David Letterman three times.
