She represents clients in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, complex joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine loans, and leasing matters for both landlords and tenants in the office, retail, and industrial property sectors. She also advises on the real estate components of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic deals. In addition, she regularly manages all aspects of real estate due diligence, with a focus on land use, zoning compliance, title review, and surveys.
