Partner Melanie Howard Recognized in 2026 "Consumer Goods Business Visionaries" List by LA Times Studios

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Melanie Howard, co-chair of the firm's Advanced Media & Technology department and chair of the Luxury Brands and Intellectual Property Protection practices, has been selected for inclusion in the “Consumer Goods Business Visionaries” list by IMAGE, a magazine published by LA Times Studios, for 2026. This award celebrates the lawyers, bankers, marketers and strategic advisors whose guidance, leadership and strategic counsel help consumer brands navigate complexity, capitalize on opportunity and build enduring businesses across a dynamic marketplace.

In an accompanying profile, Melanie is spotlighted for advising leading luxury, retail and beauty brands on trademark, advertising, privacy and artificial intelligence matters. The feature noted her counsel to SuperOrdinaryCo, the accelerator behind global skincare companies Drunk Elephant and The Ordinary, on trademark strategy and also highlighted her defense of Patrick Mahomes II and Travis Kelce in a federal trademark dispute related to the Kansas City steakhouse 1587 Prime.

Honorees were selected from a broad pool of nominations by the LA Times Studios executive committee. Selections were based on four key criteria: noteworthy accomplishments during the past 12 to 24 months, a sustained record of professional leadership, measurable contributions to industry growth and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement beyond their organizations.
