Loeb Represents Trading Services International in Sale to Midland Industries

Loeb & Loeb represented Trading Services International (TSI), a value-added distributor of specialized industrial components serving customers in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration markets, in its sale to Midland Industries, a leading value‑added distributor and manufacturer of industrial pipe, valve and fittings products and a portfolio company of private equity firm Gemspring Capital.

Loeb handled all legal aspects of the transaction for TSI, including structuring the transaction, negotiating the definitive agreements and managing the deal from LOI through closing.
