Loeb Represents Partners in Kind in Partnership with Times Studios

Loeb & Loeb represented Partners in Kind, a social change-focused production company, in connection with its new partnership with Time Studios, an Emmy Award-winning television, film, audio and immersive studio, to co-produce and co-finance a slate of documentary features over the next two years.

The collaboration brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to social impact storytelling. Their first joint project, Winnie and Nelson, is a political biography directed by award-winning filmmaker Dawn Porter. The film examines the revolutionary love story between Winnie and Nelson Mandela and its role in shaping a global movement.

Loeb advised Partners in Kind on the structuring and negotiation of the partnership agreement.

The Loeb team included Marc Chamlin, chair of the firm’s Television industry group, and Entertainment senior counsel Daryl Steiger.
