Co-Chair Arash Khalili and Partner Scott Edel Recognized as 2024 “Entertainment Business Visionaries” by LA Times B2B Publishing

Loeb & Loeb is proud to announce that Arash Khalili, co-chair of Loeb & Loeb, and Scott Edel, chair of the firm’s Entertainment department, have been honored in the 2024 “Entertainment Business Visionaries” list by The Envelope, a magazine published by the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing. The award spotlights “uniquely talented visionaries who provide financing for projects and transactions as well as those who offer advisory services to entertainment industry firms and executives.”

In an accompanying profile, Arash is lauded for being a “leading dealmaker known for navigating complex corporate transactions across diverse industries such as media, technology, fashion, entertainment and sports.” Some of his recent significant representations include Vin Di Bona Productions’ majority stake sale, Philpott Meeks’ acquisition by NFP, and Lionel Richie’s brand ambassador partnership with Acrisure.

Scott is spotlighted in his profile as a “trusted advisor to leading entertainment and media players.” With a breadth of experience spanning film, television, digital platforms and music, he concentrates on directing startups, advancing growth for established businesses and counselling industry leaders on business development strategies. Scott is noted for representing Alcon Entertainment in a variety of ventures, Nexon Studios in its $400 million investment in AGBO, and Black Label Media in its portfolio of films.
