Loeb & Loeb Strengthens Real Estate Investments And Transactions Department With Partner Adam Hirst In New York

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Adam Hirst to the firm’s New York office where he will be a partner in the Real Estate Investments & Transactions department. Hirst  represents investment banks, real estate opportunity funds, private equity firms, other institutional lenders, developers, owners and operators in lender-side and borrower-side financings, workouts and restructurings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and property management.

This strategic addition boosts our capabilities as we continue to handle sophisticated real estate transactions, including financings, joint ventures, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, distressed opportunities and other innovative real estate deals,” said Christopher L. Barbaruolo, chair of the Real Estate Investments and Transactions department.

Hirst represents clients in complex financing instruments including mortgage debt, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, preferred equity investments and other structured finance products. His broad real estate experience encompasses matters related to construction and acquisition financings, workouts, joint ventures and acquisitions and dispositions of office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multifamily buildings and other real estate projects.

Hirst earned his B.A. from Yale University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He joins Loeb & Loeb from Arnold & Porter LLP.
