Loeb & Loeb represented Big Loud Mountain Music, an independent publishing, management and production company, in its publisher share sale of select songs from country music duo Florida Georgia Line's catalog to HarbourView Equity Partners.
Country duo Florida Georgia Line, formed by the Grammy-nominated pair Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, has left its mark on the American Country music space by selling over 26 million tracks and 3.5 million albums, receiving RIAA’s Diamond certification for 10 million copies sold of their hit song “Cruise” and holding the longest spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for 50 straight weeks.
